ABOUT CANCER COUNCIL

With over 15 years of experience in assisting supporters with their corporate ordering needs, we are one of Australia’s most trusted brands.

Our products are of the highest quality and must pass a strict criteria approval process for sale. We can work with Sunsmart to provide you with the most up to date product knowledge and how this best suits your business needs.

We are a non-government funded, not-for-profit organisation (NFP). Your order will support those affected by cancer and provides funding for researchers to continue their important work.

What qualifies as a corporate/bulk order?

To qualify for a corporate/bulk order, we ask that your order be no less than $300 value in total. For larger orders (over $500) we ask that you to stick to box sizes of sunscreens – for smaller orders we can be more flexible with quantities.

How do I place an order?

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQs)?

For larger orders, please get in touch with us for box sizes and MOQs.

Do you provide a gift bag service?

Yes. We can work with you to put together the perfect personalised gift bags to suit your corporate needs. To get started, contact us by phone 1300 354 144, or email us at shop@cancercouncilshop.org.au.

Do you provide a fundraising option?

Yes. We have some great ideas to help you to raise funds for your cause using our sun protection products. Please get in touch and we will work closely with you on this.

Where do the proceeds from my order go?

We are entirely not-for-profit. Every purchase goes towards cancer research and services.

SHIPPING

How much is freight to my location/do you provide free shipping?

Shipping varies based on location and the size/weight of your order. To find out how much shipping will cost, please contact us with your preferred items and location, and we can give you an estimate. You can also qualify for free shipping to your location based on order value. Ask us how.

How long will it take to receive my items?

If your items are in stock, we can send your order as soon as payment is made. We use Australia Post and can provide tracking details to help you to be as up-to-date as possible with your order status.

We currently accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and upfront credit card payment.
