HOW LONG CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AFTER PURCHASE?
Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind.
Exchange will be given within 30 days of purchase. An original receipt must be presented as proof of purchase. Packaging seals must remain unbroken, tags still attached and the product needs to be in original selling condition.
Any Exchange after 30 days from the purchase date are limited to comply with consumer rights only.
The customer must let Cancer Council know of any fault once it has been detected.
Refunds will not be processed until goods have been returned and inspected by Cancer Council staff.
If a customer uses the refund and exchange form and the product isn’t eligible for a refund or exchange, the product can be returned to the customer at the customers expense or postage will be deducted from the cost of the goods.
Item bought through one of our resellers cannot be returned to Cancer Council. These items must be returned to the original store of purchase. In the event that these are returned to Cancer Council cost to send the goods back will be charged to the customer.
You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. Please contact support for return slip
Items purchased on clearance are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. Cancer Council does not provide refunds on any products which were purchased from the Clearance section of the website. Clearance items are bought as is with any faults listed on items prior to purchase.
Please note: this does not include flash sales and discount codes. You are still eligible for a refund or exchange if a full price product was purchased with a discount code or gift card (this does not qualify them as a clearance item).
CAN I RETURN SUNSCREEN AND COSMETICS?
Due to health and cleanliness reason not all items can be returned to Cancer Council.
All Consumable products unless faulty or does not do what it is normally supposed to are not eligible for return one they have left our store or have been delivered.
Please choose your products carefully because we are unable to change or update a delivery address once an order has been processed so please be sure to check your delivery details prior to submitting your order.
When the delivery address has been supplied incorrectly or choose the incorrect product, the cost of having the item(s) re-delivered will be charged to the customer

Important Note: We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a refund, exchange voucher or repair. This may result in the product being sent away for assessment. If the products are not faulty or have been damaged due to inappropriate use, a refund, exchange or repair may be refused. Some products may vary from those advertised. Where applicable all prices include GST.
