The following is a guideline to assist you with our adult measurements: 

Smaller head size is about 56cm (S/M) 
Average head size is about 58cm (M/L) 
Larger head size is about 60cm (L/XL) 

If you measure between sizes, please choose the size larger. Most of our hats feature an internal or external adjustment feature. Please use the below information as a guide: 

You can adjust a 56cm hat down to about 53cm 
You can adjust a 58cm hat down to about 55cm 
You can adjust a 60cm hat down to about 57cm
