Shipping Policy

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Cancer Council Shop delivers to anywhere within Australia. Orders leave our warehouse daily during business hours, Monday to Friday.

Some items in your order may need to be sent separately. However, please be assured that charges for postage and handling will always remain the same as what appeared at checkout.

We use Australia Post eParcel services to deliver your order(s). Cancer Council Shop has no control over the performance of Australia Post (or any other company which we may sometimes use to make our deliveries).

If you experience any delay with your order, please contact our friendly Retail Team on 1300 354 144 from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST.


OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

From Monday April 1 2019 , Cancer Council Shop will no longer be delivering goods outside of Australia.

Due to the changes to EU privacy laws and increased costs that occur when delivering items to countries outside of Australia, the decision has been made to cease the trading to overseas countries.


POSTAGE AND HANDLING

Postage and handling fees depend on how much you spend. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

DELIVERY METHOD

Please Note:

During busy sale periods and over Australian public holiday, you may experience minor delay in receiving your order(s).


TRACKING

We use Australia Post eParcel. An email and/or text message with tracking information will be sent to you once your order is on its way.

You can track your order via Australia Post  here.


DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders placed on the same day may be able to be combined. Please contact retail team on 1300 354 144, otherwise your orders will be sent separately.


DELIVERY TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and deliver to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.


ADDRESS CHANGES

We are unable to change or update a delivery address once an order has been processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

Please be sure to check your delivery details prior to submitting your order. If there has been an address entered in error, please contact our retail team on 1300 354 144.
